How soon will my order be processed and how soon will I receive my seeds?

All orders are processed within 1 business day of order. Shipping time 5-15 days, please call Customer service at 855-425-3437 for details. We guarantee delivery.

How soon will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 72 hours of being successfully processed. Please login to monitor your order status.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept all credit cards by phone. Every order is completely secure with customer satisfaction and privacy guaranteed.

Why can’t I pay with my credit card online?

We will be offering that option soon. Until then, you may place an order online and submit it and then call us at 855-425-3437 and pay with your credit card over the phone to complete the order.

When will my credit card be debited?

Your credit card will be debited within 24-48 hours of you paying any order by telephone. If there are any problems with your credit card we will let you know.

Do you accept returns or can I get a refund?

We have a 100% refund policy. We will send you a 5ml bottle with each order of CBD Oil. We ask customers to try the 5ml bottle first. If you are not happy with the results, please send the larger bottle back unopened. Please include an explanation of why you are unhappy with the product and we will refund your order.
